Nail Ninja® Black Label Resharpenable Circular Saw Blades
PREMIUM RESHARPENABLE BLADE LINE FOR PALLET INDUSTRY APPLICATIONS
Black Label is the top of the Nail Ninja® line — the blade we specify when the job is dismantling and recycling, the material is full of nails and screws, and the blade has to come back to the saw again and again. A heavy plate, impact-resistant carbide built to take fastener strikes, and a uniform triple-chip grind that keeps cutting after it finds metal. When it dulls, the Fuelbox Industrial Resharpening Program can get it ready to run again — shipped anywhere in the country.
- Heavy Plate, Straight Track – Thick plate resists deflection and heat warp in recycled stock. The blade tracks straight through a nail instead of wandering off the line, burning the cut and loading the motor.
- Impact-Resistant Carbide, Not Finish-Grade Carbide – This line is specified for abuse. The carbide is chosen to survive hitting nails and screws all shift, which is the job — not to leave a furniture-grade finish on a deck board.
- Uniform Triple-Chip Grind Takes the Hit – A flat raker tooth ahead of every cutting corner absorbs the impact when a tooth finds a fastener, so the corners keep cutting. Alternate-bevel corners chip on metal contact. Triple chip keeps going.
- More Carbide Means More Regrinds – A taller tooth is a tooth you can sharpen more times. Black Label is built to come back repeatedly, which is what moves your real number — cost per cut, not price per blade.
- Resharpened In-House, Shipped Nationwide – Call the Fuelbox team or send us a message through our Contact Us page to join the Resharpening Program. We send you a box with a prepaid return label, you pack your blades and ship them back. Sharpening and tooth replacement on our own equipment, returned within 1–2 weeks of receipt.
- Built for High-Volume Plants – Lower per-cut cost than a disposable blade for operations running steady volume through dirty, fastener-laden stock. Once you commit to resharpenable, your replacement rate drops and your blade spend becomes predictable.
Why Black Label?
Pallet dismantling and recycling applications are some of the toughest cuts made in wood processing industries. Black Label is the heavy-hitter designed to withstand the job. Impact over finish: heavier plate, tougher carbide, uniform triple-chip geometry. It costs more than a disposable blade up front and less over its life, because it can come back to the saw multiple times instead of going in the scrap bin.Which Nail Ninja® is right for your plant?
Our standard Nail Ninja® blades are disposable — with lower upfront costs per blade, no resharpening downtime, ideal for lighter-duty pallet dismantling and recycling applications. Nail Ninja® Black Label blades are resharpenable — lowering your costs per cut over time and built for high-volume pallet plants that want their long-term blade spend under control. Not sure which line fits your needs best?Contact the Fuelbox Team — our industry experts can help you weigh the pros and cons of both blade lines and help you determine what’s best for your company’s bottom line.
